Our ten scholarship award winners attended a meeting of our club on June 3. Kylie Andreadakis, Addison Bernel, Matthew Choi, Annie Hong, Kelli Olson, Brianna Rorling, and Brooklyn Sanfilippo from Bella Vista; Sneha Gupta, Leah Werner, (Benjamin Lee absent) from Mesa Verde, spoke about the college they will attend and their career aspirations.

Our guest speaker at that meeting was County Supervisor Rosario Rodriguez. Ms Rodriguez represents Sacramento County’s District 4. Its two incorporated cities are Folsom and Citrus Heights. Unincorporated areas are Antelope, Carmichael, Elverta, Fair Oaks, Foothill Farms, Gold River, North Highlands, Orangevale, Rancho Murieta, and Rio Linda, which are her primary focus.
